About the Role

Our client is a leading skincare retailer seeking an administrative assistant to assist with the day to day needs located in the city and state.


The office is located in the Braintree mall. This role is hybrid-on-site with the flexibility to work remote.


The ideal candidate will need to be self motivated, proactive in completing assignments/tasks, and can work independently

Administrative assistant responsibilities:


Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and schedule appointments and meetings

Maintain contact lists

Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Order office supplies

Book travel arrangements

Submit and reconcile expense
