About the Role

Our client is looking for a 311 Customer Service Agent. Candidate should have the ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with a wide variety of people. Candidate would be an effective communiator, detail oriented, team player, and able to work in a high stress enviornment. They would also have strong customer service and innovative thinking skills. English/Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred.

This role is apart of the Fresh Start Program which offers 2nd Chance employment opportunities for individuals that have been impacted by the criminal justice system. Only applicants who meet that criteria, will be considered for Fresh Start positions.


     Requirements

  • Two (2) years of customer service experience which must have involved heavy phone contact and data entry.

  • Availability to be flexible and work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
